Dr. JOSHUA Yila was born over four decades ago in Tal, Billiri local government area of Gombe State, Nigeria. He obtained his Bachelor of Agricultural Technology degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi, Bauchi State Nigeria in 2008. After the compulsory one-year service to the nation, he completed his MSc Agricultural Extension at the same Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi, Bauchi State in 2015. Currently, he is a lecturer and holders PhD human resources management in agriculture, obtained in 2023 from the department of agricultural administration, federal university of agriculture Abeokuta, Ogun State Nigeria. His area of specialization is Training and Development, he started lecturing in 2018 at the federal university of agriculture Abeokuta, Department of Agricultural Administration, he had published in local journals, conference proceedings and attended local conferences.
