Members of staff of the Student Affairs Division of the University have celebrated the outgoing Dean, Prof. Babatunde Idowu, as he bows out as the Dean to assume the position of Vice-Chancellor, Samuel Adegboyega University, Ogwa, Edo State. The Deputy Dean, Prof. Taofeek Shittu who is also the outgoing Deputy Dean, said that staff in the division enjoyed Prof. Idowu’s tenure as Dean.
He added that Prof. Idowu has impacted on him and virtually everybody under his leadership. The Deputy Dean charged him not to change his leadership style, saying that every position was an opportunity to serve.
Accolades were showered on Prof. Idowu whom they described as Godly, who shows understanding to everybody that worked with him. Responding, Prof. Idowu thanked God for making it possible for a peaceful tenure and also appreciated the University Management for the opportunity given him to serve.
