The UNAAB Microfinance Bank (UMFB) has unveiled its new mobile app, powered by Interswitch, to enhance digital banking services for its customers.

The launch aligned with the Board and Management’s commitment to providing seamless and convenient banking experiences.

The Managing Director, Mr. Adebiyi Ayoade, highlighted in a recent memo that the app was designed to streamline banking operations, especially for salary account holders who frequently experience long queues and rely on emails for transfer services during payday.

Mr. Ayoade also mentioned that a USSD service would soon be introduced to further enhance electronic banking options.

The mobile app, named “My Banq,” is available for download on the Google Play Store and App Store.

Here are the steps for installation:

  1. Search for “My Banq” on your app store.
  2. Install the app (you may need to enable installation from unknown sources in your device settings).
  3. Open the app, tap “Get Started,” and select UMFB.
  4. Register by entering your 10-digit NUBAN account number.
  5. Create a password that includes at least 8 characters, one capital letter, one number, one special character, and lowercase letters.

For further assistance, customers are encouraged to visit UMFB. The bank remains a reliable partner in wealth creation.
