The UNAAB Microfinance Bank (UMFB) Limited would on Thursday, December 11, 2025, hold its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM), at the Postgraduate School Auditorium, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB).
The AGM would offer shareholders and stakeholders an avenue to review the Bank’s performance over the past year, examine statutory reports, and deliberate on strategic initiatives aimed at further strengthening its financial services to the University Community.
