Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Balogun

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwafemi Olaiya Balogun has approved the recall of a student who was suspended from the University for alleged acts of misconduct.

The student is MOROUNTONU, Babatunde S. (06/1661) of the Department of Plant Breeding and Seed Technology.

According to a release by the Acting Registrar, Mr. Adeleke Adeboye, the student was pardoned on the strength of his letter of apology to the University Management with a promise to be of good behaviour throughout his studentship in the University.

His recall from suspension was with effect from Monday, September 13, 2010.

Meanwhile, Senate has exonerated SHOKABI Michael Odunayo (08/0394) from the allegation of examination misconduct levelled against him.

Shokabi, of the Department of Animal Production and Health, had been advised to steer clear of any action that can damage his integrity and studentship in the University.
