Fifteen Nurses of the University’s Health Centre, have benefited from sponsorship to a mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme.
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwafemi Olaiya Balogun gave the approval in view of the fact that the affected Nurses needed to undergo the programme, to pave way for the renewal of their professional license.
The Assistant Director of Nursing Services, Mrs. T. M. Okuboye, while appreciating Management for the gesture, said the programme would improve the Nurses’ skills and also enhance the quality of nursing care to the University community.
