Course Synopsis
Comparative histology and development of the mammalian digestive, respiratory, endocrine, urinary, reproductive and
nervous system and their associated structures including the eye and ear with special reference to ox, sheep, goat, horse,
pig, dog and cats; histology of avian species especially the domestic chicken, turkey and duck; overview of histology of
lower animals (fish, invertebrates etc)
