… Happy with the usage of Beehives
The Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Wafroex, Mr. Omar Lababidi recently paid a Courtesy Visit to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde to ascertain the level of usage of the recently donated Beehives.
It would be recalled that Wafroex donated a large quantum of Beehives to the University on March 11, 2024, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to foster sustainable agricultural practices and technological advancement.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Lababidi said that he was elated with the usage of the Beehives, promising more fruitful collaborations in the future.
Responding, Prof. Kehinde commended the efforts of Wafroex in promoting sustainable agriculture, while expressing gratitude for the huge donations.
On the CEO’s team were Mr. Abdulrahman Shomala, Project Manager; Mr. Abubakri Shomala, Southwest Coordinator, and Mr. Calum Morisson, Founder, of The Extraordinary Adventure Club.
Meanwhile, Wafroex/Goldswarm, an Agro-Allied organisation is a subsidiary of Lababidi Holdings Limited which aims to revolutionise beekeeping through innovative approaches.
