Definition and scope of water resources development. Occurrence, uses, supply and demand. Methods of increasing availability. Flood control, water power, water supply and recreation. Design, construction, operation and maintenance of farm ponds, Dams & reservoirs and fish ponds. Conjunctive use of water resources and water right. Water quality management.
