A survey of dairy industry in Nigeria. Production systems and breeds used in dairy production. Management of dairy animals. Physiology of milk production. Feeding of dairy animals. Dairy chemistry. Specific disease of dairy animals. Establishment and maintenance of a dairy enterprise.
