The Dean, College of Food Science and Human Ecology (COLFHEC), Prof. Adebukunola Mobolaji Omemu is set to deliver the University’s 90th Inaugural Lecture on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, by 200 p.m. at the Oluwafemi Balogun Ceremonial Building.

Titled “Safe Journey of Food From Farm-To-Fork,” the Lecture promises to unravel the detail and intricate journey of food, from its production in the farm to the final stage of consumption on the table. The Inaugural Lecturer who was also the former Dean, Student Affairs, would relay her research and experience in the field of Food Microbiology and Safety.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde would preside as the Chief Host at the event.

Audience are encouraged to be seated promptly by 130 p.m.
