Speaking during an In-house Retreat organized by the Postgraduate School, Professor Alegbeleye who disclosed that the activities of the School includes proper record keeping and data processing of students among other activities, said that constant training was particularly important for members of staff of the Postgraduate School as a result of the regular redeployment of staff from and to the School.

According to him, “unfortunately for us in the PG School, most often members of staff are transferred easily in this school before they settle down”.

The Dean pointed out that such transfer often affect the work being handled by the staff, hence the need for regular training so as to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of newly redeployed staff.
