Opeyemi Bolajoko is a dietitian and faculty member in the Nutrition and Dietetics Department, College of Food Science and Human Ecology, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.
She completed her BSc. (Nutrition and Dietetics) at The University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State, and holds MSc. and Ph.D. in nutrition and dietetics (Abeokuta). Her research interests lie in the areas of dietary pattern in relation to health and wellbeing, metabolic influences on dietary pattern, behavioural research in cancers, and impart of nutrients on gene expression. She is a member of Nutrition Society of Nigeria Institute for Dietetics in Nigeria, and American Association for Cancer Research.
