Unions in the University have been called upon to embrace dialogue whenever there is disagreement with the Management in order to
achieve peace. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Kolawole Salako made this call when delegates of the National Association of Academic Technologists

(NAAT), South West zone paid him a courtesy visit in his office. According to him, dialogue is the best way to go between the unions and the University management to create an enabling environment for the overall development of their respective universities, while discouraging the act of people using unionism to condemn what is right.
