NWRCBNet-SW, shall be a Network with its membership drawn from capacity building institutions based in south west Nigeria and engaged directly in education and/or training and/or research in various fields relevant to water resources development and management. Membership shall be on an equal and individual basis and it shall be free of charge.
Members should commit themselves to the objectives of the Network and be willing to participate in the activities of the Network through joint research, education, training, and sharing of expertise, information, materials and facilities with other members.
