This is to notify you of the preparation for the mobilization of our Qualified Graduates/Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) for the 2022 Batch ‘A’ Service Year. To this end, Heads of Departments are requested to forward to the Dean, Student Affairs, list of all outstanding and fresh students (hard and soft copy) Prospective Corp Members (PCMs) for NYSC programme, using the format below:

The list should be submitted along with a clean copy of Senate-Approved Results, each page stamped and duly signed by the HOD on or before 25th October, 2021.
Please, note that the names of the PCMs should be presented in full as NYSC do not accept abbreviations/initials as name. MONDAY OCTOBER 4TH THAT SENATE CONSIDERED AND APPROVED RESULTS IS THE ACTUAL DATE AND YEAR OF GRADUATION.
NYSC has informed that there would not be opportunity for error list anymore, painstaking effort and diligence is hereby requested from all Departments while processing the list of the PCMs.
