November 15, 2024

The NOLAP initiative at FUNAAB has reached a new milestone, as its 10-hectare maize farm is now ready for harvest. The farm, a critical component of the University’s efforts to boost local food production, is expected to yield substantial produce by the first week of December.

Recent pictures and videos from the site showcase the robust growth of the maize crop, highlighting the efficient farming practices and dedication of the NOLAP team.

It should be recalled that the NOLAP Farm massively harvested a 9ha Maize farm in August, 2024.

Meanwhile, the upcoming harvest marks another significant step in fulfilling FUNAAB’s commitment of enhancing agricultural output through innovative practices.
