A call has gone to members of staff of the University, having zero Account Balances or experiencing under-remittance of their pension contributions in their respective Retirement Savings Account, to forward letters of complaint to the National Pension Commission
A release, signed by the Acting Registrar, Mrs. Christiana Kuforiji, asked that such complaints should be routed through the institution’s Assistant Registrar (Pension), Mr. J. A Adebayo.
The complaint would also be required to be accompanied with the underlisted documents:
1) Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age;
2) Letter of First Appointment;
3) Payslip, showing Grade Level/Step, as at June 2004;
4) Evidence of promotion(s) if any, between July 2004 and December 2006, as well as payslip(s) of the effective month(s) of promotion;
5) Payslips, showing Grade Level/Step as at January 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and January 2011, respectively;
6) Current payslip, showing Grade Level/Step; and
7) Evidence of registration with Pension Fund Administrator (PFA).
The release added that the letters should be addressed to:
The Director-General, National Pension Commission, Plot 174,
Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse, Abuja.
