All is set for the 59th Inaugural Lecture of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), to be delivered by Professor Jacob Goke Bodunde, a Professor of Hortuculture and Landscape Management, from the Department of Horticulture in the College of Plant Science and Crop Production (COLPLANT).

The Lecture, titled, “Unveiling the Beauty of An Unforbidden Fruit”, is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 by 2:00pm at the University’s Ceremonial Building.

Professor Bodunde obtained his First Degree from the University of Ibadan in 1981 and his M.Sc and Ph.D Degrees from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1987 and 1995 respectively.

He is a member of the Horticultural Society of Nigeria and Agricultural Society of Nigeria with several Academic Publications to his credit. His research interest’s in the field of Horticulture and Crop Physiology. The Lecture will be Chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Kolawole Salako.
