The NYSC Directorate has directed the commencement of the Batch ‘B’mobilization exercise for the Prospective Corps Members from various Corps producing institutions.
To this end, Heads of Departments are hereby requested to forward accurate and comprehensive list of qualified Prospective Corp Members (PCMs) based on the recently approved first semester results, to the Student Affairs Division using the format below:

The list should be submitted along with a clean copy of Senate-Approved Results, Stamped and duly signed by the HOD.
Please note that the names of the PCMs should be written in full as writing initials are no longer acceptable to NYSC.
Heads of Departments are requested to carefully scrutinize the details as requested above before they are forwarded to the Student Affairs Division for further processing and should kindly note that NYSC has proscribed error list since 2017 mobilization.
Kindly note that THE DATE SENATE CONSIDERED AND APPROVED RESULTS IS THE ACTUAL DATE AND YEAR OF GRADUATION.
In view of the fore-going therefore, Heads of Departments are kindly requested to forward the document on or before Monday, April 22, 2019.
Duly processed list will be displayed at the Student Affairs Division for Students to cross-check for corrections.
