Short Profile

Adejumobi Hannah Olapeju, born on 28 th July,1970, attended Osun State College of
Education, Ilesa. She obtained her National Certification in Education (English/History),
Bachelor of Art in Education (B. A.Ed, English) from the University of Ilorin in year 2000.
She taught as a School teacher at University of Ilorin Secondary and Chapel Secondary
Schools, Ilorin between 2001 and 2007. She obtained M. Ed, History & Policy of Education
and M.Ed (Language Education) from University of Ilorin and University of Ibadan in 2007
and 2017 respectively.
She worked as a University Administrator at The Federal University of Agriculture,
Abeokuta (FUNAAB) and rose through the ranks to the position of a Principal Assistant
Registrar (PAR). She was converted to academics and is currently an Assistant Lecturer in the
Department of Communication and General Studies. She is running her Ph.D. in Language
Education at the University of Ibadan. She specializes in Language Education. Her research
interests are on Language education and language policy issues. Some of her research work are published in reputable journals.
