Dr. Olalekan Fagbemiro is a distinguished Lecturer of the Department of Mathematics, College off Physical Sciences, Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Abeokuta, Nigeria since 2019. He had his higher education at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics in 2006 followed by his Master’s and
Ph.D. degree in Complex Analysis in the same University. He is a member of the Nigerian Mathematical Society of Nigeria (NMS) as well as the Mathematical Association of Nigeria (MAN) and a board member of the College of Physical Sciences in FUNAAB. Dr. O. Fagbemiro began his academic career at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Nigeria as an Assistant Lecturer (HON) in 2017. In the year 2019, he joined the service of Federal University of Agriculture as an Assistant Lecturer and later in the year he bagged his Ph.D. degree and was upgraded to the rank of Lecturer II by the Senate of Federal University of Agriculture. In the course of his academic pursuit, he has taught the following undergraduate courses: Complex Analysis I and II, Set, Logic and Algebra, Linear Algebra I and Topology. His research activities cut across the fields of Mathematics and Computer Science such as Geometric Function Theory (Complex Analysis) and Artificial Intelligence in Data-based Systems. He is rapidly growing in these areas with robust cutting-edge innovations in the pipeline. He has publications in
reputable journals.
