The proposed work plan and the various activities to be carried out by the Network and the estimated cost of implementation is presented in Table1. Effective implementation strategies must be put in place to allow for a smooth execution of proposed activities of the network. In view of this, the maximum cooperation of the University and NWRI is hereby required in providing the necessary funds to execute this plan.
The network center building has just been completed and commissioned on the 9th of July, 2012 by the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Water Resources, Amb. (Dr) Godknows B. Igali, OON.
