The University has commenced the 2020 promotion and salary increment exercise for all categories of staff. The Registrar, Dr. ‘Bola Adekola informed that the promotion would be guided by the provisions of Chapter Three of the University Rules and Regulations governing the conditions of service for both senior and junior staff and other conditions specified by the Appointments and Promotions Committee for Academic Staff (APCAS) and Governing Council in the case of academic staff.
Consequently, concerned staff members are advised to prepare their curriculum vitaes in line with the approved format while the lists of staff that are due for promotion are expected to be sent to the Establishment and Human Resources Unit before the College or Departmental promotion panel meetings to enable them prepare for, and attend the meetings. In addition, members of staff are required to complete and submit their Annual Performance Evaluation Report (APER) forms for annual increment.
