The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta International School (FUNIS) has taken yet another bold step in its pursuit of sustainable excellence, as it embarks on a comprehensive renovation of its administrative block, classrooms, and other essential facilities.

This follows the recent facelift of the school’s iconic Main Gate, a symbolic project that signalled a new era of infrastructural renewal and brilliance. With the upgrading currently ongoing, FUNIS is not only enhancing its physical outlook but also deepening its commitment to creating a world-class environment where discipline, innovation, and academic excellence thrive.

According to the Principal, Mr. Olusola Ilori, the progressing renovation drive is designed to provide a modern, student-friendly atmosphere that supports effective teaching, seamless administration, and holistic learning. He added that by investing in both aesthetics and functionality, FUNIS is reinforcing its role as a model citadel of learning that grooms future leaders with character and competence.
Meanwhile, the initiative aligns with the overarching vision of the Prof. Babatunde Kehinde-led administration of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), to institute a broad-based infrastructural development, as well as build institutions that nurture disciplined, brilliant, and globally competitive individuals. FUNIS, as a key arm of FUNAAB, continues to set the pace by blending top-tier infrastructure with a culture of excellence that prepares its students to thrive in high-flying universities, like FUNAAB both within and outside Nigeria.

With the ongoing renovation drive, FUNIS is consolidating its reputation as a school where brilliance is sustained, discipline is nurtured, and excellence is a tradition.
