Hattie Royale Media, a Strategic Public Relations and Communications Firm, is set to organise a One-Day Professional Retraining Programme for staff of the Directorate of Public Relations (DPR), Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), aimed at enhancing their professional competence and updating their skill set, as well as strengthen their productivity and effectiveness in contemporary Public Relations practice.
Tagged “Voice, Visibility & Influence: A Digital PR & Anchoring Masterclass for PR Professionals,” the training is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the DPR Conference Room, FUNAAB.
The programme has been designed to further equip DPR staff with practical and contemporary skills in digital communication, professional anchoring, content development and strategic visibility, with a view to improving the quality, consistency and impact of the Directorate’s communication outputs.
The training would also strengthen participants’ ability to communicate FUNAAB’s activities, achievements and institutional messages more effectively across digital platforms, while developing their professional voice, presentation skills and capacity to engage diverse audiences.
Through interactive learning, knowledge sharing and practical sessions, participants are expected to acquire tools and techniques that can enhance efficiency, creativity and productivity in the discharge of their respective responsibilities.
The initiative highlights the commitment of the Directorate to continuous professional development and the strengthening of staff capacity, in line with its mandate of promoting the University’s image, visibility and reputation through effective communication.
The training reinforces the central message: “Better Communication… Greater Impact!”
