Innovation Drive: FUNAAB to Host Student-Led Tech Summit on April 25

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) is set to host the maiden edition of G-Spark 1.0, a student-led tech summit aimed at promoting innovation and technological advancement among students.

Organised by the Google Developer Group (GDG) On Campus, the summit is scheduled to hold on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Prof. Oluwafemi Balogun Ceremonial Building, beginning at 8:00 a.m. The Team Lead, Yusuff Ahmed, noted that the event would bring together students, developers, and tech enthusiasts for knowledge sharing, networking, and insightful discussions on emerging trends in technology.

G-Spark 1.0 is expected to provide a dynamic platform for student-driven innovation and collaboration, noting FUNAAB’s commitment to nurturing technological talent and creativity among its students.
