The President and Commander-in-Chief, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR has appointed Prof. Mark Idowu of the Department of Animal Nutrition (ANN), College of Animal Science and Livestock Production (COLANIM), Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), as one of the members of the Governing Council of the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
Prof. Idowu, a distinguished academic and administrator would bring a wealth of experience to the Council.
He is presently the Chairman of FUNAAB’s Senate Coordinating Committee on Examination Results (SECOCER) and he is bid to deliver FUNAAB Webinar Series 011, titled “Integrity and Demands of Trustworthy Examination Results,” on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 10.00 a.m.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde, has congratulated Prof. Idowu on the well-deserved appointment, calling it a positive development for the University Community, and wishing him a successful tenure.
