He expressed WAFROEX’s commitment to expanding operations and signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with FUNAAB to further the collaboration.
He noted that WAFROEX aimed to revolutionise beekeeping in Nigeria through innovative approaches.
Responding, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde assured the WAFROEX Team of his support, promising to review the proposal, even as he encouraged the team to explore additional opportunities for growth and innovation.
The WAFROEX delegation included Mr. Abdulrahman Shomala and Mr. Abubakri Shomala.
It would be recalled that WAFROEX donated a large quantity of Beehives to the University in March, 2024, and its CEO, Mr. Omar Lababidi, recently paid a working visit to the Vice-Chancellor to ascertain the usage of the donated Beehives.
