The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) is set to host a One-Day lecture in collaboration with the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the Red Chamber by 11:00 a.m.
The lecture, themed “Standardisation of Research Products and University Collaboration with Industry and Manufacturers,” would be delivered by Mr. Moshood Adebayo Shittu of the SON.
According to a memo signed by Mrs. Peggy Onomroba, Principal Assistant Registrar in the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Development), it stated that the lecture has been specifically designed for selected Academic staff, Non-Teaching staff, and Postgraduate students, who are expected to gain valuable insights into the role of standardisation in promoting innovation and quality outputs.
