Examinations And Records Unit

The Examinations and Records Office is a Unit in the Registry. This Unit does the following:

  1. Proper updating and keeping of bio-data of students;
  2. Registration of students in the University;
  3. On-line verification of Ordinary Level results of newly admitted students;
  4. Issuance of Statements of Results;
  5. Issuance of Student Academic Transcripts;
  6. Issuance of Notification of Results for graduating students;
  7. Issuance of Certificates for both diploma and degree programmes;
  8. Publishing of students’ enrolments list; and
  9. Verification of certificates in response to enquiries from employers of University graduates.
