The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) hereby alerts the general public to the existence of fraudulent Facebook and LinkedIn accounts impersonating the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olusola Babatunde Kehinde.
The following accounts are fraudulent and were created by online scammers:
- https://www.facebook.com/OlusolaBabatundeKehinde2018?mibextid=ZbWKwL
- https://www.facebook.com/share/1CBq647XLN/
- https://www.facebook.com/share/18vXWapVT9/

These pages falsely present images of the Vice-Chancellor in official and academic regalia, and in some cases, include pictures of family members to appear legitimate. The impersonator behind these accounts has been sending friend requests and engaging the public via messages, falsely offering job opportunities, contracts, and laptop supplies.
Please be informed that FUNAAB does not conduct recruitment, award contracts, or offer any official opportunities via Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or any other social media platforms.
We strongly advise the public to be vigilant and disregard any messages or requests from these fraudulent accounts. If in doubt, please contact the Directorate of Public Relations, FUNAAB, for verification and clarification.
We also call on @Facebook and @LinkedIn to urgently remove these fake accounts to protect the public from further deception.
Thank you.
