International Centre for Professional Development (ICPD) is a Centre within the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) saddled with the responsibility of providing ICT training, Professional Development and Professional Examinations.

The Board of ICPD hereby invites applications from seasoned and competent part-time instructors in the following area;

👉Data Science
👉Mobile App Development
👉Software Engineering
👉Web Development
👉Robotic & Automation
👉Cybersecurity
👉SAT & TOEFL

Skills (as applicable to Individual Instructors):

🎯Proficient in computer programming languages and other related technologies: such as C#, Java, XML, PHP, Python, CSS, ASP.net, SQL Server, JavaScript, Julia and LISP.

🎯Experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

🎯Experience in Object-oriented programming / Socket programming.

🎯Experience with front-end web frameworks, like Angular, Bootstrap, Django.

🎯Experience with remote sensing tools like ArcGIS, ILWIS and ERDAS Imagine.

🎯Ability to use any of the common AI frameworks: Theano, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.

🎯Vast knowledge of any of the Cybersecurity software: Packet Tracer, Wireshark, Acunetix, Snort.

🎯SAT and TOEFL Instructors must be able to prepare and deliver lessons to students on difficult topics with the subject, Evaluate and grade students’ class work, assignments, and papers. Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and lesson notes.

🎯Experience using statistical packages like SPSS and Excel to analyze data sources.

🎯Experience with data visualization systems (e.g. Microsoft Power Bi ) would be an asset.

🎯Ability to work within a flexible schedule to accommodate the Centre events and activities.

🎯Ability to communicate with others to explain and share information.

🎯Ability to meet deadlines and organize time effectively.
