The Executives of Nigerian Institution of Water Engineers (NIWE ) has paid a Courtesy Visit to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olusola Babatunde Kehinde in his office.
Led by their National Chairman, Engineer (Dr.) Adeyinka Sobowale, the body expressed deep appreciation to the VC for his efforts which led to the introduction of Water Engineering as a course at undergraduate level.
He urged Prof. Kehinde not to relent in his efforts until he strengthen his commitment to a logical conclusion.
Responding, the Vice – Chancellor assured his guests that FUNAAB would continue to sustain its position as a water- friendly institution, in a bid to foster the development of Water Engineering in Nigeria.
